Below you will find all of the exercises that I would recommend to improve strength and flexibility. Here you will also find an example week but I have found that letting individuals pick which movements they do, they tend to be more consistent with their training. I would recommend doing 4 sets of 4 videos every morning. Should take you about 20 minutes and you good to go! Every day.....20 minutes......you got this!
