Talk about why you choose this information to process and what it does to help reinforce positivity and happiness while still playing your best golf.

There are so many things that can grab your attention on the golf course. How are we supposed to filter what information we take in and what information we ignore. For starters, let's dive into the aspects that I have mentioned previously and how we can use them to help us.

I believe that there are basic fundamentals that even the worst golfer has the ability to accomplish. These things include but are not limited to:

- committing to a trajectory
- committing to a landing spot
- start line (target)
- tempo
- grip pressure
- strong base
-photo finish

Target

Allowing your mind to gravitate towards where you want it to go will naturally encourage that action. With a little belief and commitment, it will become much easier to hit your target consistently.

Landing Spot

This is a general vicinity in which you want the ball to land. This spot has to match trajectory and ball flight.

Target Line

This is the most effect way to get you to your target. Having a solid target line influences the most committed version of yourself.

Which way will the ball break when it lands

A good way to keep your mind positively busy. Allow yourself to process which way the ball is going to break when it hits the ground.

i.e. if it is going to break right when it lands on the green, I need to make sure that I aim a little more left than I was planning.

Uphill or Downhill

This has a huge impact on the selection of club and shot. We need to determine whether or not gravity is working with or against us in order to be the most consistent version of ourself.

Where do I miss

Do not short side yourself!!!! Ever!!! Find the spot where you have the most green to work with if you had to chip and begin drawing your target line from there.
